A CRM and task manager
that runs entirely offline.
TrackFu is client management for small SEO and marketing agencies. Contacts, pipeline, a payment calendar, to-dos and analytics — all running on your machine. No cloud, no account, no monthly fee.
Your data never leaves your computer · Works with no internet connection · One-file backup you own
The problem
Every CRM wants to own your data.
Agency CRMs are built for agencies with twenty seats. You pay per user, per month, forever, for a pipeline view and a contact list — and your client data lives on someone else’s server, subject to their uptime, their pricing changes, and their acquisition.
TrackFu is the opposite trade. It’s one tool, running locally, holding everything a small agency actually tracks: who your clients are, what they owe, when they pay, when contracts end, and what you owe them this week. No seats. No sync. No server that can go down or get sold.
Zero network calls
Nothing is transmitted. Ever. Open the network tab and watch.
One file to back up
Your entire database exports as a single JSON file you keep.
No account required
There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to sign in to.
What's in it
Everything a small agency tracks,
in one place.data.
TrackFu replaces the spreadsheet, the sticky notes, and the calendar reminders you keep forgetting to set — without adding another subscription or another login.
Contacts & pipeline
Leads, active clients and past clients in one sortable table.
Drag a row between tabs to change its status.
Resizable, reorderable, hideable columns.
Deal value, source, follow-up dates, contract start and end.
Clickable website and notes links.
Right-click to duplicate, reset or delete.
Payday calendar
A month grid showing every projected payment.
Recurrence-aware — monthly, quarterly, yearly and one-time clients plot future due dates automatically.
Projections bounded by contract end.
Colour-coded for normal, final-year and past-contract payments.
A distinct marker shape per fulfillment company.
To-dos with folders
Quick-add for rapid entry, or a full modal with due date, priority, folder, details and file attachments.
Star to pin, drag to reorder.
Due-date chips turn yellow today and red when overdue.
Urgent counts surface on the tab in real time.
Tracking & analytics
A payments bar chart and a multi-line trend chart with a hover crosshair.
Follow-ups, revenue, payments, active clients, contracts starting and ending, and to-dos.
A line per fulfillment company.
Export the whole view to PDF.
At-a-glance cards
Draggable summary cards across the top: leads, active clients, MRR, follow-ups due, renewals inside your window, and total due this month.
Click one to jump straight to the filtered view.
A card auto-generates for each fulfillment company you assign work to.
Yours to keep
Everything persists locally.
Export a complete backup — contacts, to-dos, folders, attachments and settings — as one JSON file.
Import it anywhere. Export contacts to CSV.
A header indicator turns yellow, then red, when your last backup gets stale.
How it works
No server.
No sync. No catch.
TrackFu is a single file that runs in your browser. Your contacts, payments and tasks are stored on your own machine — not in an account, not on our infrastructure, not anywhere we could see them even if we wanted to.
01
Open it
No install, no signup, no onboarding flow. It opens and it's ready.
02
Work in it
Add clients, log payments, plan your week. Everything saves as you go.
03
Back it up
One click exports your whole database. Keep it wherever you keep your files.
The trade-off is real: no cloud means no automatic sync between devices. TrackFu is built for one person on one machine who’d rather own their data than share it.
Built for
Small agencies and the
people who run them
Solo SEO consultants
Track ten to thirty retainer clients, their monthly rates, when each contract renews, and which audit you still owe this week.
Small marketing agencies
See the whole book of business on one screen — who's a lead, who's active, what's due this month, and which fulfillment partner is carrying the work.
Freelancers with retainer clients
Plot recurring invoices months ahead so you know what's landing in March before February ends.
Anyone who outgrew a spreadsheet
Keep the sortable table you liked, and add due dates, attachments, charts and a backup file that doesn't live in someone else's cloud.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
When will TrackFu launch?
There's no release date yet. TrackFu is in active development and being built on camera. Join the waitlist and you'll hear the moment it's ready.
Where is my data stored?
On your own computer, in your browser's local storage. It never touches a server. There's no account and nothing is transmitted.
Does TrackFu really work offline?
Yes, completely. There are no external libraries, no CDN requests, and no network calls at all. Once it's open, an internet connection is irrelevant.
What happens if my computer dies?
Export a backup and you're safe. One click writes your entire database — contacts, to-dos, folders, attachments and settings — to a single JSON file you can restore anywhere. TrackFu nags you if the last backup is getting old.
Can I import contacts I already have?
Not yet. CSV export works today; CSV import is on the roadmap.
Will it sync between my laptop and desktop?
Not currently. Local-only storage is a deliberate trade-off, and sync would mean a server. The backup file moves between machines manually.
How much will it cost?
Pricing isn't set yet. Waitlist members will hear first, and will get a better deal than launch pricing.
